CAT GALLERY

All animals in our care are worm and flea treated, are neutered (6 months and over) and have had a veterinary health check.

Daisy

Daisy was a stray, living in a disused garage in Wallsend. She had been living rough for at least 18 months, already having kittens outside. She was heavily pregnant when she was taken in by Feline Friends, and had three beautiful kittens only days after. Her kittens have now been rehomed and Daisy is looking for a forever home where she can be given the love and attention she deserves. She is an extremely sweet and very affectionate tortoiseshell and white domestic shorthair, who loves cuddles and sitting on people’s knees
. Daisy has lived with other cats in the past, but is not used to dogs or children.

Max

This is 5 year old ginger tom Max. He needs a new home because his owners are moving and are unable to take him with them.

Archie

Archie is a stunning pale ginger longhaired tom cat (neutered) with green eyes. He is a big strapping boy, and had been living rough in North Shields for a number of years before being taken in by Feline Friends. He is rather wary of strangers, and it is obvious he has been badly treated in the past, but he is slowly learning to trust people and enjoys having his head tickled. Archie needs someone to show him the security and affection he deserves, whilst giving him time and patience to allow his trust and confidence to grow. He is not used to dogs, and would be best suited to a household with no children. Archie requires an owner who has previous experience with cats.

Gizzy and Odie

Gizzy and Odie are littermates, both male (neutered) of 4-5 years old. They are big, strapping tom cats but real softies! They have grown up in a household with other cats, dogs and children and so are very adaptable. Their previous owner has been forced to part with them for health reasons. Both cats are very affectionate, and love cuddles and sitting on people's knees. Gizzy is black, he is the most confident of the two and so is the most forthcoming. Odie is a tabby with white feet, also very friendly but slightly more shy to begin with. Both Gizzy and Odie have settled quickly into our foster home, and so are expected to fit easily into their permanent home. They have never been apart, and love each other’s company, so must be rehomed together.

Sooty
Sooty is a 10 year old male black cat who needs a new home because one of his family members has developed a severe allergy to cats. Sooty was mistreated when he was a kitten so he is a nervous cat so it takes time for him to get used to new people. He needs to find a new home without children or other cats.

Puss Puss

This is Puss Puss a black and white mature female cat from the Newcastle area, approximatley 5 to 6 years old.She has been neutered. Puss is used to going out. Her owner has recently died and she is looking for a new home. We are starting her jabs for her so she will be fully vaccinated. She has been identified as having a heart murmur which doesn't need medication and isn't a problem but it's something a new owner needs to be aware of.

Oscar

Oscar, a 4 year old male is looking for a new home. He only has 3 legs and is smokey coloured. Oscar is a rescue cat and he has been neutured and inoculated. Ideally, we are looking for a home without any other cats.
