Sooty

Sooty is a 3 year black and white long hair female cat. She is very timid but loves cuddles and attention. Not particually fond of other cats and would prefer a quiet pet free home.

Sylvester
Sylvester is a 4 year old male black and white long hair cat who loves to be the centre of attention. He does not mind other cats but loves to wind them up. He acts like a guard dog running to the door when someone comes in. Sylvester also loves to jump out and frighten you. He is an extremely playful cat. He doe not particually like cuddles but will let you stroke him when he wants it. Hates to be brushed.

Buttons
Buttons is a 3 year old female tortoise-shell. She loves company and cuddles and is always first there to greet you when you come home. She is on a biscuit diet only due to skin condition. Buttons would prefer a quiet enviroment and does not mind other cats.

Martha
Martha, named after Martha Calamity Jane Cannary, is in the care of Feline Friends after being found as a stray with serious injuries as a result of becoming caught in a poor quality collar. By the time she was found, her front leg had been stuck through her collar for up to a week. The collar had cut through her shoulder, chest and underarm, and she is still undergoing reconstructive surgery to save her front leg and close the awful lesions caused, after the most severe of her wounds broke down following initial attempts. She has proven to be quite a character, prone to getting herself into trouble, and has been given the nickname "Muppet" by carers and veterinary staff. She is a friendly and affectionate young cat, and has been amazingly tolerant and high-spirited throughout her ordeal. The ongoing treatment and care that Martha needs, means that she is not currently available for rehoming, but we are in deperate need of sponsors and donations to help pay for her costly vet bills.

Marmite
Marmite is a 9 year old tortoishell, who has spent the last year living outside as a stray. She is sweet and affectionate and would be suited to a quiet home without children. She has lived with other cats before, but is not used to dogs.

Henry, a young neutered ginger male who is currently out on approval with a retired gent in Town End Farm.

Jessie is very lively tortoiseshell female cat. She would be best homed in a house without children or other cats.

Madam, a young tortie female found in High Barnes.
Neutered and vaccinated. Madam is lively and playful.

Roscoe
Roscoe, a 10 month old neutered tabby/white male.
Came to us to be re-homed as he was too boisterous for the family's toddler.
A pleasant, lively cat looking for a new home with a new family but no small children.

He has a 'hare lip' but is a very affectionate and loving cat who came in from Whitburn as a stray.

Found in Seaham, very playful, neutered. A boisterous little character.
